Position Title: Family Stability Program (Central Region) Data Quality Specialist Volunteer

 

Program: Catholic Charities - Family Stability Program

 

Responsibilities for Volunteers include, but are not limited to:

 

·       Assist Program Coordinator with collecting and organizing data for provider invoices and reimbursement requests.

·       Respond to requests for data updates or clarification.

·       Review case manager timesheets, client documents, Excel workbooks, and Excel reports to help ensure accuracy and completeness.

·       Support daily administrative tasks and maintain online files in SharePoint.

·       Update and maintain community contact lists in SharePoint.

·       Follow up with case managers to ensure information is entered correctly and corrections are completed.

·       Manage multiple tasks in a timely and organized manner.

·       Record hours on Amplify (volunteer website or Causer app) on each shift and at the end of each month, report hours to the Program coordinator or Director.

·       Comply with established standards of ethics and confidentiality.

 

Qualifications:

 

·       Preferred language (Spanish, English, Creole)

·       High School Diploma preferred/Bachelor's Degree.  

·       Administrative work/Microsoft Excel experience is a plus.

·       Complete the Onboarding process with Catholic Charities of Central Florida Volunteer Program.

·       Must be 18 or older.

·       Ability to solve and deal effectively with a variety of situations.

·       Ability to communicate respectfully with employees, clients, and community members.

·       Must be self-motivated, a quick learner, and a self-starter to do tasks as needed.

·       Handles multiple task assignments with a sense of urgency and purpose.

·       Volunteers should be committed to participating for at least 72 hours in the first year.

 

Training:

 

·        Before starting, attend a brief orientation at the Catholic Charities office, then meet with the program coordinator to go over duties and expectations.

 

Scheduling:

 

·        Workdays: Monday, Wednesday, Friday     

·        Must be able to commit at least 15 hours or more a week
