Position Title: Epiphany Manor Support Volunteer

Responsibilities for Volunteer:
- Answer telephones to direct calls or provide information.
- Communicating with residents, supporting them, or just listening to them when they need just a conversation.
- Answer, deliver, and explain information.
Qualifications:
· Needs to work patiently with people with limited English ability.
· Will need to be fingerprinted with the Diocese of Orlando and have a security clearance completed.
Training:
· Volunteers must attend an orientation and training at the Epiphany Manr office. Complete a Safety Environment Course
Scheduling:
· This is a flexible schedule; you can come in different shifts during office hours.
