Position Title: Epiphany Manor Support Volunteer

Program: Catholic Charities of Central Florida Housing

Responsibilities for Volunteer:

 Answer telephones to direct calls or provide information. Communicating with residents, supporting them, or just listening to them when they need just a conversation. Answer, deliver, and explain information.

Qualifications:

·        Needs to work patiently with people with limited English ability.

·        Will need to be fingerprinted with the Diocese of Orlando and have a security clearance completed.

 

      Training:

·        Volunteers must attend an orientation and training at the Epiphany Manr office. Complete a Safety Environment Course

 

      Scheduling:

·        This is a flexible schedule; you can come in different shifts during office hours.

Program: Catholic Charities of Central Florida Housing

Responsibilities:

Answer telephones to direct calls or provide information. Communicating with clients. Answer, deliver, and explain information. Filling and distributing flyers.

 

Qualifications:

·        Needs to work patiently with people with limited English ability.

·        Will need to be fingerprinted with the Diocese of Orlando and have a security clearance completed.

·        We accept high schoolers who need to complete the community hours.

·        Pass the Dioceses Fingerprint Clearance

 

Training:

·        Volunteers must attend an orientation and training at the Saint Anthony Garden Court office. Complete a Safety Environment Course

 

Scheduling:

·        This is a flexible schedule from Monday to Thursday from 9:00 a.m. –5:00 pm, and you can come in different shifts during office hours.
