Additional Responsibilities (Resource Management & Support): Call partner agencies to verify current services and eligibility. Track and note agencies that are active vs. those that no longer offer services. Update and maintain the housing counseling resource directory. Research new community resources and add to the database. Organize resource lists for easy access by staff and clients. Report outdated or incorrect information to the supervisor. Qualifications: · Complete the volunteer qualifications: Release Documents, Interview, Safe Environment, and Diocese Fingerprints Clearance. · Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, data entry systems) · Ability to manage appointment scheduling and reminders efficiently · Ability to organize and maintain databases or resource directories. · Research skills to identify and verify community resources. · Ability to track updates and report discrepancies accurately.
